Do not assume that the offer of any book is valid and legal simply because it is listed on our website. We are not responsible for ensuring that users actually complete a transaction. You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under all the governing laws applying to and applicable to you.

2.2 You shall not use spiritualseekerbookswap.com, or attempt to swap, anything other than books or other printed matter, and all items listed within this website shall abide by section 2.3 of these terms and conditions, but not limited to.

We do not accept any obligation and we will not be held responsible at any time to protect you by your use of this website, legally and/or otherwise from the items listed above as the terms and conditions governing the use of this website, but not limited to, and/or any other items considered to be unlawful, offensive and/or harmful, but not limited to.

2.4 We may without notice and at our sole discretion ban, delete or remove any book that has been registered with spiritualseekerbookswap.com.

3. THE BOOK SWAPPING/EXCHANGE PROCESS

3.1 By agreeing to swap/exchange books with any other user you are entering into an agreement with that user that you will mail their selected book to their given address and/or given destination within 2 business days of the swap date being agreed on by both parties. If you are initiating a swap/exchange you are agreeing that your book list is up-to-date and that you have the ability to post any one of the books on this list within 2 business days of the swap/exchange date being agreed on by the other user. If another user has initiated the swap/exchange and you are accepting it, then you are agreeing to mail and/or ship the user’s selected book to them, to their given address and/or given destination within 2 business days.

3.2 By agreeing to swap/exchange books and or any printed material with another user you are also agreeing that we will give your mailing address, and possibly your email address to the user whom you have agreed to swap/exchange with. We take no responsibility for any misuse of this information, and/or any other information users willingly accept to swap/exchange, and for which the spiritualseekerbookswap.com accepts no responsibility for the interchange of information among users, inclusive of any and all potential consequences that could result from the interchange of information among users that being personal and/or otherwise, nor shall the spiritualseekerbookswap.com will accept, nor will it be held responsible for any liability and/or responsibilities from all consequential actions resulting from the book swap/exchange dealings in part and/or in whole.

4. ADVICE

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice of any kind nor it is the intent of this Website to offer advice and/or recommendations, therefore, any and all of the contents of the Website that being books, printed media, posted comments but not limited to, shall not be relied upon as advice for any matter without limitations.

5. CHANGES TO WEBSITE

6.4 You will have to provide your email address in order to register and for the book swapping use of this website. Your email address will help us to verify your identity on future visits. In the event that you register using a non-existent email address or an email address that belongs to someone else, spiritualseekerbookswap.com may terminate your account without notice at any given time.

6.5 spiritualseekerbookswap.com allows members to leave ratings (between 1 and 5) and feedback comments based on their experience of the use of the Website. You acknowledge and accept that ratings and feedback relating to your swapping dealings, inclusive of but not limited to your listed items, availability of the listed items, shipping timeframes, etc., within the Website will be available for viewing by any person using the Website. We do not view, review and/or check any and/or all of the ratings and feedback, and are not responsible for checking or editing the ratings or feedback on the Site. We do not accept any responsibility for the postings and/or contents of these reviews. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of the spiritualseekerbookswap.com, you consent to the publication of ratings and feedback, even though these may be critical or defamatory. 6.7 If you fail to send a book as agreed during the swapping process or send offensive or inappropriate content to any spiritualseekerbookswap.com user; or post or send offensive or inappropriate contents/materials anywhere on or to spiritualseekerbookswap.com (including the Community) or otherwise engage in any disruptive behavior on spiritualseekerbookswap.com, and spiritualseekerbookswap.com considers such behavior to be serious, harmful, inappropriate and/or repeated, but not limited to, then spiritualseekerbookswap.com may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements, at your sole responsibility that being financial, recovery of damages, legal costs and/or otherwise.

16. IF YOU BREACH THESE TERMS OF USE:

If you fail to abide by these Community Rules when taking part in a spiritualseekerbookswap.com Community activity, you will be sent an e-mail which informs you why your contribution has been failed or edited. This mail will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.
